At Plásticos de Molina, we are currently selecting a candidate for a newly created position. We are looking for a CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TECHNICIAN, who will be involved in both plant and office work, and among their tasks will be:

• Verification of company documentation.
• Measurement of the degree of compliance with company procedures.
• Evaluation and monitoring of task performance quality.
• Evaluation and verification of the company’s quality management system compliance with established requirements.
• Verification of ISO 9001 clauses application.
• Monitoring company inventories, both raw materials and finished products.
• Establishment of internal protocols and policies.
• Study of current regulations.
• ISO and Certifications.

For this position, we are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds a degree in Technical Engineering/Economics/Business Administration. (Degree required)
• Has Advanced English proficiency. (Certificate required)
• Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability to work in a team.
• Is available for immediate incorporation.
• Can work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM and from 3 PM to 6 PM
