Our plastic pallet provides a more compact base for moving goods when you don’t need to take up the entire surface area of a Euro pallet. We manufacture it for use in warehouses, logistics centers, distribution, and order fulfillment.
You can choose models with 3 skids or 6 feet, as well as perforated or slatted decks. Depending on the model, they can support up to 1,500 kg when stationary and 500 kg when in motion.
Compact solutions for light and medium loads
The 1/2 plastic pallet is a good option when you’re working with smaller quantities of merchandise and want to better optimize the space each load takes up. This format is also used in distribution and retail, even as a base for transporting the product directly to the point of sale.

We have 800×600 pallets with heights of 140 and 135 mm, depending on the model. This format provides a compact surface and lets you choose the height that matches the model and support system you need.
The 3-skid option measures 800 × 600 × 140 mm, while the 6-foot option measures 800 × 600 × 135 mm. Both feature a perimeter rim and are injection-molded from PP.
1/2 plastic pallet vs. other pallet sizes
One 1/2 plastic pallet takes up half the space of a 1,200 × 800 mm Euro pallet. This allows you to better adapt the pallet to small orders, low-volume items, or merchandise that doesn’t require a full-size pallet.
You can also combine two 800 × 600 mm units within the same footprint as a European-size unit. It’s an easy way to separate loads or SKUs without taking up more floor space than necessary.
