In Plásticos de Molina, SL, we are looking for an assistant to the plant manager. The tasks to highlight, among others, would be:

Manage existing equipment and material means in order to meet customer order delivery deadlines, final product quality, productivity control and internal scrap.

Control the integral maintenance plan, supervising the maintenance manager and the production team.

Responsibility for plant efficiency as well as production costs. Ensure compliance with internal protocols.

Preparation of reports on productivity indexes, quality, cost control, procurement.

Requirements.

Superior degree, preferably engineering (Degree will be required). Advanced English level (Degree required).

Knowledge of computerized production planning and control systems. Knowledge and experience in Production and Quality Control.

Purchasing experience.

Knowledge of Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

Experience: 3 years experience in production plant in similar position or middle management (Evidence will be requested).
