At Plastimol we are committed to environmental care and sustainability. We are therefore very proud to announce the commissioning of our new photovoltaic installation. It is a clean and renewable energy source that will allow us to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to the fight against climate change.
The new installation consists of 3,330 solar panels, each with an output of 450 Wp, which translates into a total output of 1,498.5 kWp. This will allow us to generate much of the energy we need to produce our plastic crates, thus reducing our dependence on non-renewable energy sources.
With this initiative, Plastimol joins the growing list of companies committed to the transition to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy model. In addition, this investment in renewable energy will enable us to reduce our long-term operating costs, which will allow us to be more competitive in the marketplace.
