Today, on Recycling Day, we have the opportunity to reflect on the importance of reducing, reusing and recycling our resources to protect our planet.
As a company committed to sustainability, we are proud to share with you that in the last year we have used a total of 3,921,013 kilos of recycled material.
The recycled material we use in our processes is post-consumer plastic, i.e. plastic waste generated by end-users of products that have served their intended purpose or can no longer be used for their intended purpose.
Proof of our commitment to the use of post-consumer recycled plastic in our products is our Aenor certification in accordance with European standard UNE-EN 15343, which guarantees traceability and minimum recycled material contents in percentages higher than the minimum percentage of recycled material. 20%, 30 % y 100%. These certifications show our concern, management and monitoring of good practices in industrial processes and are a guarantee of quality for our customers.
We are constantly working to evolve towards more sustainable methods by investing in energy efficiency to contribute to environmental conservation.
