In Plásticos de Molina, SL, we are looking for an assistant to the plant manager. The key tasks, among others, would be:

Managing the team and existing material resources in order to meet delivery deadlines for customer orders, product quality, productivity control, and internal rejection.

Controlling the comprehensive maintenance plan, supervising the maintenance manager and the production team.

Responsibility for plant efficiency as well as production costs. Ensuring compliance with internal protocols. Preparing reports on productivity indices, quality, expense control, and procurement.

Requirements:

Higher education degree, preferably in engineering (proof of qualification will be required). Advanced level of English (proof of qualification will be required). Knowledge of computer systems for production control and planning. Knowledge and experience in production control and quality. Experience in purchasing.

Knowledge of Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance.

Experience: 3 years of experience in a production plant in a similar position or intermediate management role (evidence will be required).
