On June 18, 2021, at Plastimol’s headquarters, the Equality Commission signed the company’s Equality Plan.
On April 20, 2022, the content of the agreement was reviewed, and based on the provisions of Article 46.4 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, 2007, for the effective equality of women and men, in R.D. 901/2020, of October 13, which regulates equality plans and their registration, as well as in R. D. 713/2010, of May 7, 2010, on the registration and deposit of collective bargaining agreements and collective labor agreements, it was registered in the Electronic Registry of Collective Bargaining Agreements, Collective Labor Agreements and Equality Plans.D. 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective bargaining agreements and collective labor agreements, was registered in the Electronic Registry of Collective Bargaining Agreements, Collective Labor Agreements and Equality Plans, with code no. 30110472112022.
The plan is cross-cutting, preventive and based on social dialogue, and its objective is to continue advancing in equal opportunities between women and men.
